Gas Station Summary

Step 1: Process Lieferscheine Data

Fetch latest Lieferscheine data and write to Executive Summary station sheets (columns I, J, K).

Step 2: Fuel Capacity Summary to WhatsApp

Fetch fuel capacity data (Total Capacity, Inside, To Put) from all station sheets and send summary to WhatsApp.

Station Transfers (P/Q/R)

Books the ticked stations' deliveries into their P/Q/R: a liters + PPL pair per delivery, priced from its purchase or invoice, and -SG!<cell> appended to the lot the fuel came from. Runs only this step — no rows are inserted. Target: production Executive Summary (open sheet).

Preview never writes. Apply writes the Executive Summary above and stamps each booked delivery's MatchingExecGasStation in the RAW Lieferschein — no other RAW column is touched.

Purchase Summary

Consolidate Einkauf purchase liters across all stations into the Purchase Summary sheet.

Monthly Rollover

Write this month's row into the Rollover tables on OM, SP, BL and SG. Appends the month once, then widens its range every run. A month that has passed is never touched. Preview shows every cell and formula without writing anything.

Monthly Transition

Append this month's block to the X tab. Each station row references the figure Step 5 wrote in that station's Monthly section. Runs once per month — if the block already exists, clicking again changes nothing.

Margin Phase Only (S/T/U)

Runs only the station margin phase for the stations you tick — no Step 1–5, so no rows are inserted and nothing outside S/T/U is touched. Target: production Executive Summary (open sheet).

Preview never writes and can inspect a station whose mode is off. Apply respects the configured mode — an off station stays off.
